How to play Bunco Dice Game
- A game of Bunco has six rounds. In round 1 everyone is trying to roll 1s, in round 2 they want 2s, and so on up to 6s.
- On your turn, roll three dice. Each die showing the round number scores 1 point. If you score anything, you roll again; if you score nothing, the dice pass to the next player clockwise.
- Rolling three of the round number is a Bunco worth 21 points. Three alike of any other number scores 5 points.
- You play in pairs, and partners change every round. Your points are added to your partner's, and the first pair to reach 21 points wins the round.
- Everyone on the winning pair gets a win and the other pair gets a loss. After six rounds, win more rounds than you lose to win the night.
Controls
- Tap Roll, or press Space, Enter or R.

- Use the Fast bots speed setting if you want the computer players to take their turns more quickly.
FAQ
What is Bunco?
Bunco is a social dice game played in teams of two, traditionally by a group of twelve friends at three tables. All you need is three dice and a score sheet, and every roll is pure luck, so new players can join in straight away.
How do you play Bunco?
Each round has a target number from 1 to 6. Roll three dice, score a point for every die showing the target, and keep rolling while you score. The first pair to 21 wins the round.
What counts as a Bunco?
Rolling all three dice showing the current round number, for example three 4s in round 4. It scores 21 points, which wins the round for your team straight away.
What happens if I roll three of a different number?
Three alike that does not match the round number is a smaller triple worth 5 points, and you keep rolling.
Why does my partner change each round?
At a real Bunco party, players move between tables and swap partners. Here your partner rotates so the game stays mixed up and wins are counted for each player.
