FAQ
How does this multiplication game decide a fact is mastered?
When you answer the same fact correctly three times in a row, each within about eight seconds. A wrong answer resets that fact’s streak, so the grid shows what you really know.
Which times tables should a beginner learn first?
Most people start with 1, 2, 5 and 10, then 3, 4 and 11, and finish with 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12. You can pick any mix of tables here.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Your mastery grid and best timed scores are stored in this browser, so you can pick up where you left off next time.
Can I use it without a keyboard?
Yes. Everything works with the on-screen number pad, which is easy to tap on phones and tablets.
