Triple Tile Match — Tile Matching Game
A relaxing tile matching game with a strategic twist. Tiles are piled in layers; tap the ones on top to move them into your tray, and clear any three that match before the tray fills up.
How to play Triple Tile Match
- Tap any uncovered tile to move it into the tray at the bottom. Darker tiles are still covered by tiles above them.
- When three matching tiles are in the tray, they disappear and free up space.
- The tray has seven slots. If it fills up without a match, the level is lost.
- Clear every tile from the board to finish the level. Each new level adds more tiles, more layers and more kinds of tile.
- You get three Undos and two Shuffles per level. Every level is built so it can be cleared.
Controls
- Tap / click a tile to pick it
- Tab to move between free tiles, Enter to pick, Z to undo
Tips
- Before tapping, look for a kind of tile that already has two copies uncovered — or one in the tray and one on the board.
- Avoid putting lone single tiles into the tray; each one takes a slot until you find its partners.
- Uncover tiles from the tallest piles first, since they hide the most tiles underneath.
- Keep Shuffle for when the tray is nearly full and nothing on the board matches.
FAQ
How do you play a triple tile matching game?
Tap tiles that are not covered by others to move them into the tray. Three of the same kind in the tray clear away. Empty the whole board before the seven-slot tray fills up.
Is every level possible to clear?
Yes. We build each level by choosing a safe order to remove the tiles and assigning matching kinds along it, so there is always at least one way through.
What happens when the tray is full?
The level ends. You can undo your last tile if you have an undo left, or start the level again with the same layout.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Your current level and the board are saved in this browser, so you can close the page and continue later.
