Box Pusher
A tidy warehouse puzzle. Steer the worker around the floor and shove every crate onto a marked spot — but crates only move forward, so one careless push can trap them.
How to play Box Pusher
- Each level is a small warehouse with crates and the same number of marked spots on the floor.
- Walk the worker up, down, left or right. Walking into a crate pushes it one square, as long as the square behind it is free.
- You can only push, never pull, and you can push just one crate at a time.
- The level is solved when every crate sits on a marked spot. Fewer moves is better — your best count is saved per level.
Controls
- Keyboard: arrow keys or WASD to move, Z/U to undo, R to restart, [ and ] to change level.
- Touch: swipe on the board to take one step, tap any open square to walk there, or tap a crate next to the worker to push it. The on-screen pad works too.
- Mouse: click a square to walk there; click an adjacent crate to push it.
Tips
- A crate pushed into a corner that is not a marked spot can never come out again.
- Crates against a wall can only slide along that wall — check there is a spot somewhere along it first.
- Plan which crate goes to which spot before you start; the farthest spots often need to be filled first.
- Undo is unlimited, so feel free to experiment.
FAQ
Is every level solvable?
Yes. Every level was built by working backwards from the solved warehouse and then double-checked by a computer solver.
Do I have to play the levels in order?
No. Open Levels to jump to any level. Solved levels are marked and show your fewest moves.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, solved levels, best move counts and the level you are in the middle of are kept in this browser.
